- Through my many years and varied experiences, I have learned that health and wellness are the greatest gifts we can give ourselves. I often thought each of my careers had nothing to do with the other. I now realize they all have been leading me to a more complete awareness of myself. I now know I can help you learn how to achieve the best "YOU" that you can be. As we age, we are given a great opportunity to learn and improve all aspects of our lives.
